Product Design

Product design is less about how to make something and more about why we make it and for whom. The focus on narrative design is to examine sociological events to design the objects we interact with in our everyday lives. It takes creative drive in a fusion of tradition and renewal with an experimental approach to the designers chosen materials and techniques.

Furniture Design:

Furniture designers create designs for mass-produced furniture, furniture made in small batches and one-off pieces. Anticipating international trends is essential, whether it is a matter of colors, materials or shapes. It is always drawn to functionality and unique approaches for unexpected ideas. Our goal is to reach the right balance between her personal aesthetic and our clients’ know-how and brand identity. Rafaela Vieira after finishing her studies in Graphic Design in Brazil, migrated to Milan, Italy, to study product design at Istituto Marangoni Design followed by a Master Degree in Furniture and Manufacturing processes from Politecnico di Milano and has worked with international companies ever since.

Industrial Design:

Industrial designers develop the concepts for manufactured products, such as home appliances, toys and in our designers case, a new look for wellbeing and healthcare appliances. They combine art, business, and engineering to make products that people use every day. The designer has a Post-graduation on Psychoanalysis and Human Behaviour from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (São Paulo - Brazil) and is Certificated for Product Design: Industrial Design Engineering in Healthcare from TU Delft - Industrial Design Engineering (Delft - Netherlands). Specialisations that for the designer are important to approximate the general public to manufacturing processes, which in her opinion helps the society to become accountable for the life cycle and waste of the products we consume everyday.

Consulting:

A product design consultancy is a business that consists in selling the services to develop products or ideas. The businesses vary between producing virtual products like apps to physical consumer products such as kettles and to complex industrial products. Trend design consultation can bring to companies and organizations the fundamentals on which a company can build its future strategy. They are an awareness of movements in society, economy, geopolitics, and not least, in technology. The designers goal here is to serve as a bridge between companies, consumers and what is impacting society.

Creative Directing:

To begin, we have a one-on-one discovery call. We talk about your business goals and identify your project’s timeline. During this consultation we work with your core business values to prioritize and map your unique strategy. We pinpoint your ideal client and make decisions that connect with people, applying this knowledge while developing your custom concept. We are responsible for creating a cohesive product narrative that embodies the company's brand identity, which can range from furniture to industrial products and digital product based deliveries.
